Join us for a fun filled day focused on making a selection of chocolates for Christmas.
Whether you want to make your own chocolates to give as Christmas gifts or you’re looking to make some to sell this class would be perfect.
This class will run on 26th October 2025 at Dinky Doodle Designs HQ in Nottingham (full details will be sent to attendees before the date).
Time: 10am until 5:30pm
During this class you will learn:
How to temper chocolate correctly
How to treat chocolate moulds right
How to make fondant cream filled chocolates
How to make a caramel filled nutcracker
How to make the perfect hot chocolate bombs
How to make lollies without a mould with a Christmas theme
How to use chocolate transfer sheets
How to decorate chocolates in a variety of ways
All the moulds will be provided for you and are included within the price so you can take them home and make more treats with the skills you’ve learnt.
Other equipment will be provided for you and you will have the chance to purchase this at the end of the class.
Lunch will be provided in the form of soup and bread, if you have any allergies, we advice that you bring your own lunch as we can't cater for these at this time.
