INFORMATION I COLLECT: -
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain personal information such as full name, postal address, and details of the product you are ordering. You may also provide me with additional information e.g. for custom orders or personalised designs.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION, HOW I USE IT AND WHERE IT’S STORED: -
I only collect the information needed to fulfil your order, settle any disputes, or provide customer support. If you purchase your other through my website, which is operated by Wix, you authorise Wix to provide me with the relevant details to allow me to fulfil your order, you can view their privacy policy here (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy). If you pay for your order through PayPal, Stripe or Zettle, you authorise PayPal, Stripe or Zettle to provide me with the required information and should review their policies (https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/privacy/privacyhub) (https://www.zettle.com/gb/legal/privacy-policy)

Once an order is placed/paid for some basic information is transferred from PayPal, Stripe, my website or Facebook to an order book. This is only your name, product ordered, order value and any additional information needed to personalise or fulfil your order. Information will be retained in these order books for 7 years due to this being the minimum required period for HMRC laws.
All other information is stored in digital format only in my Facebook accounts, PayPal account, Zettle account, Stripe account, my website and email server all of which require a password to be accessed.
Any paper records are stored in a locked folder

DATA RETENTION:-
I generally keep paper records for 7 years which is the minimum period required by HMRC laws, after which time it is securely destroyed. Any information stored digitally, including ,but not limited to Facebook messages, emails, PayPal information, Stripe information, website orders and conversations and Zettle information is stored securely after your order is completed in case your order in the future.
YOUR RIGHTS:-
You may have the right to access and receive a copy of any information I hold about you by contacting me. You may also request that I change, restrict or delete any personal information I hold. I will delete any information I hold unless there is a legal requirement to keep it (I will inform you in these instances that your information cannot be deleted) or it is required to fulfil your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:-
My Facebook, Email, PayPal account, Stripe account, website and Zettle account are accessed either by a laptop which is password protected or a mobile phone which is Passcode and fingerprint ID protected.
